No. There is no study on the fixed three-way combination and none on trenbolone or drostanolone on the registry. Trenbolone has never been approved for humans and the data come almost only from animal studies. ChEMBL lists testosterone propionate and drostanolone propionate as approved drugs. Everything here is the state of research, not a recommendation.

All three act on the androgen receptor. Trenbolone binds about three times as strongly as testosterone, is not converted to estradiol and also binds the progesterone receptor. Drostanolone is a DHT derivative, testosterone is partly converted to estradiol. All esters are short, so levels rise and fall quickly.

In a study of men doing strength training, 24-hour systolic blood pressure in current anabolic steroid users was 132 versus 124 mmHg and 51 versus 17 percent had hypertension. The aorta was 21 percent less distensible in current and former users. A review of 49 studies saw higher LDL, lower HDL and in part a thickened heart wall.

There are no studies on the blend. In a cohort of 100 anabolic steroid users taking different agents every one had at least one side effect: most often fluid retention (56 percent) and agitation (36 percent) during the cycle and lower libido afterwards (58 percent). Four men had a serious event.

For the testosterone part, yes. In a trial with five dose levels fat-free mass rose by 3.4, 5.2 and 7.9 kg in the three higher levels while HDL cholesterol fell in step. There is no human dose study for trenbolone or drostanolone.

All three esters are short. For testosterone propionate a study showed that the level stayed above the physiological level for 48 hours after one injection. After that it falls quickly, which is why the entry splits the weekly amount into several doses. After stopping, effects fade correspondingly fast.
