Login is email-only. You request a magic link, receive it by email, and use it once. There are no passwords stored by the platform.

You add compounds to the cart, enter the shipping address at checkout, and the platform creates an order code. At checkout you pick how to pay: SEPA bank transfer (recommended, no surcharge), card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal (+5%), or crypto (-5%). For SEPA we send the bank details by email.

When the invoice is settled, the order moves to paid. You receive a status email, and the admin team is notified so the order can move into the next operational step.

Yes, but only within the first 24 hours after placing the order and only while it is still unpaid. Once payment has been confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible. Unpaid orders are also cancelled automatically after 7 days if no payment has reached us by then.

Use the Discord community for support and order-related questions. For account-specific topics, include your order code, not sensitive private data.

Operational updates, launch notes, and new lab analyses are announced in Discord first.

You enter a code in the code field at checkout - a friend's personal referral code or a creator code. It gives you a discount on that order and credits the code's owner with the same percentage. You can't use your own code. Your loyalty discount stacks on top (combined cap 15%).

Every account has a personal referral code. When someone enters your code at checkout, you both win: the buyer saves 7%, and you get the same 7% of their order value as account credit - every time they order with your code, not just the first time. Approved creators earn 8-10%. The credit lands in your account: spend it on your own orders, or get it paid out by bank transfer from 50 EUR. You can set your own memorable code once instead of the auto-generated one. Full details are in the Referral Program guide.

The discount is automatic after paid orders: Bronze from 3 paid orders gives 3%, Silver from 6 gives 5%, and Gold from 10 gives 8%. It applies to future orders.

Yes - your loyalty discount and a friend's referral code stack, capped at 15% combined. An admin coupon is a separate code you enter instead of a referral code; it does not stack with loyalty and applies at its set rate. Referral credit you earn is not a discount - it is account balance and applies on top, independent of the cap.

Admin-created coupon codes can be entered at checkout. They have a percentage discount, an expiry date, and a limited number of uses. Admins can also delete coupons, which disables them for future orders while keeping old order records auditable.

Honest answer: peptides usually arrive in 10-15 business days, orals and oils in 10-20 business days (standard orders, non-express), the 10-packs included. Very important: ALL products ship to you from Germany, the 10-packs too. The goods just move from our producer into our German warehouse first, then ship to you from there via DHL - so the delivery to you is domestic and you get no customs hassle. Only pure express-stock orders are faster: they ship the same day and usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Logistics is never 100% controllable - holidays and local couriers can still cause individual delays.

Yes, 40 EUR. Below that the cart cannot be checked out. Mixed carts (peptides + non-peptide items) can generate two separate parcels because the items ship from different stock.

Yes - if a shipment is genuinely lost in transit, held by customs or damaged, and tracking does not show delivered, we arrange a free reship or store credit equal to the product value after internal review. See the Shipping page for the full conditions (e.g. Swiss customs is excluded).

Every product links to our product lexicon: an in-depth, fact-checked write-up per compound with mechanism, the real studies behind it, a reconstitution calculator and realistic dosing. You can browse the whole lexicon from the main menu.

Since v2.6 we list compounds with both the brand and the chemical name where applicable, e.g. 'Anavar (Oxandrolone)' or 'Tadalafil (Cialis)'. The chemical name remains the canonical identifier (and the URL slug, e.g. /compound/oxandrolone/) to keep the catalog framed consistently for research and educational purposes. Both names work in the search bar.

Legal status depends on substance, quantity, and jurisdiction. Many of these compounds are subject to specific regulation in Germany and other EU countries. We list them strictly for research and educational purposes. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer. We strongly recommend a P.O. box / alternate shipping address for any sensitive items.

Yes. We publish independent lab reports from Analiza Białek for selected products. You can find the reports and their results on the Lab analyses page and the relevant product pages. Not every product has been tested yet; further analyses are in progress.

MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides, from fractionated coconut oil). We confirmed this with the manufacturer. Relevant if you are asking because of an allergy: no peanut (arachis) oil and no sesame oil is used - those are the two carrier oils that actually matter for allergies. MCT is highly refined and contains virtually no protein. Beyond the oil, oil-based products contain the usual solubilisers: benzyl alcohol and, at higher concentrations, benzyl benzoate.

We automatically add as much bacteriostatic water as the reconstitution-required vials in your order actually need - calculated at a maximum of 3ml per vial. The same applies to single vials: 3ml per vial. You can also buy bacteriostatic water on its own, as a single 3ml vial or as a 10-pack. Anything you add yourself is offset against the calculated need, so nothing ends up in your cart twice.
