You sign in with a magic link: request it, open the email, click once. Or with a passkey you set up under Account, Security. Then fingerprint, face or device PIN is enough. We do not store passwords.

As short as possible. As soon as your parcel is shipped, your shipping address is sealed: encrypted with a key that is not stored on the server. 90 days after delivery the address and the tracking number are deleted. In your order details you can also delete the address right away once the parcel is delivered. Support for the order continues afterwards; for a reshipment we would need the address from you again.

Yes, in two ways. As a guest with email: you only enter your email and shipping address, receive the order mails as usual and open your order via the link in the mail. Or anonymously without email: when ordering you get an order number and an access code, which we store only as a hash. With both you see the status of your order on the Order lookup page; there are no mails then. You must keep order number and access code safe until delivery; if you lose the code, nobody can open the order, not even support, and we are not liable for that (no information, no reshipment, no refund). Guest and anonymous orders work only with PayRam or crypto, without the loyalty discount; other people's referral codes still apply. Double-check the shipping address: with anonymous orders we cannot reach you if there is a delivery problem.

You add compounds to the cart, enter the shipping address at checkout, and the platform creates an order code. At checkout you pick how to pay: advance payment by SEPA bank transfer (recommended, no surcharge) or crypto (5% off). If your cart contains only express items or items from fast shipping, cash on delivery is available too, but only to Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Latvia. Card payment is available whenever the checkout offers it. For advance payment we send the bank details by email. All details are in the section Payment & Discounts.

Once your payment is confirmed, the order moves to paid. You receive a status email, and the admin team is notified so the order can move into the next operational step.

Yes, but only within the first 24 hours after placing the order and only while it is still unpaid. Once payment has been confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible. Unpaid orders are also cancelled automatically after 7 days if no payment has reached us by then. Cash on delivery orders go into processing right away and cannot be cancelled by you.

You enter a code in the code field at checkout - a friend's personal referral code or a creator code. With a friend's referral code you get a discount on that order, your friend gets the same percentage as account credit, and your loyalty discount stacks on top (combined cap 10% per product). You can't use your own referral code. Creator codes from our partner program are the exception: they have their own rates, and your loyalty discount usually does not apply alongside them. The checkout always shows the exact discount.

Every account has a personal referral code. When someone enters your code at checkout, you both win: the buyer saves 5%, and you get 5% as account credit - every time they order with your code, not just the first time. It is calculated on the goods value after all discounts and any credit used, excluding shipping. Approved creators have their own rates. The credit lands in your account: spend it on your own orders, or get it paid out from 50 EUR, by bank transfer or in Bitcoin. You can set your own memorable code once instead of the auto-generated one. You find your code and your balance in your account under Referral Program.

The discount is automatic after paid orders: Bronze from 3 paid orders gives 2%, Silver from 6 gives 3%, Gold from 10 gives 4%, Platinum from 30 gives 5% and Diamond from 70 gives 6%. It applies to future orders. If an order is cancelled or refunded, it no longer counts, so your tier can drop again. Your account shows your tier and how many orders are left to the next one.

Yes, but all discounts combined are capped at 10% per product. The one exception is the volume discount on 10-packs: on its own it goes up to 20% (peptide kits: 3% from 3, 10% from 5, 20% from 10 kits of the same size; oils and HGH up to 10%), and other discounts only add up to that rate. The checkout fills the cap in this order: deal of the day, volume discount, a friend's referral code, the quantity discount for single vials, loyalty discount. Whatever no longer fits is dropped. A coupon counts first and takes up part of the cap; whether your loyalty discount applies alongside depends on the coupon. A coupon worth more than 10% applies in full, then without other discounts. Outside the cap you also get the 5% crypto discount on the goods value after discounts, and your referral credit, which is not a discount but account balance. The checkout always shows the exact amount.

You enter coupon codes in the code field at checkout. Each has a percentage discount, an expiry date and a limited number of uses. A coupon up to 10% shares the 10% per-product cap with the other discounts; a higher one applies in full on its own.

Yes, for Express single vials of peptides. Found the same product in the same size cheaper at a well-known, official shop (imprint, real reviews, lab analyses)? Send us the link via Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp. If the price is current and the product is in stock there, you get a one-time code that puts exactly this product and size on the same price, not below it. Other discounts do not stack on that line, the rest of your cart gets its normal discounts. Not for 10-packs, oils, tablets or medications. All conditions are on the price match page.

Every week three customers each win €50 in account credit among all paid orders. Every order booked as paid between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 24:00 (German time) is one entry, so more orders mean more entries. Orders that are later cancelled or refunded drop out. The random draw takes place automatically on the following Monday at 00:00 (Europe/Berlin). Each of the three prizes goes to a different customer. The prize is added to your account as credit that you can use on your orders but cannot have paid out. Winners are notified by email. You don't need to sign up.

Honest answer: standard orders (non-express) ship after 10-15 business days for peptides and after 10-20 business days for orals and oils, the 10-packs included. Many orals and oils ship faster, the exact shipping time is shown on the product page. DHL delivery then usually takes another 1-2 business days. Very important: ALL products ship to you from Germany, the 10-packs too. The goods just move from our producer into our German warehouse first, then ship to you from there via DHL. Within the EU that means no customs hassle. It is quicker with fast shipping (shipping time 3-6 business days) and with pure express orders from our warehouse: they ship within 24 hours (working days) and usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Logistics is never 100% controllable - holidays and local couriers can still cause individual delays.

Yes, 40 EUR. Below that the cart cannot be checked out. Some tablets and capsules also have to reach 40 EUR together per order, and the cart shows you which products are affected.

Yes - if a shipment is genuinely lost in transit and tracking does not show delivered, or if it arrives damaged, we arrange a free reship or store credit equal to the product value after internal review. You can find the full conditions in our terms under Shipping, delivery & replacement.

Most products link to an article in our product lexicon: in-depth and fact-checked, with the mechanism and the real studies behind it, a reconstitution calculator for vials and realistic dosing. You can browse the whole lexicon from the main menu.

Since v2.6 we list compounds with both the brand and the chemical name where applicable, e.g. 'Anavar (Oxandrolone)' or 'Tadalafil (Cialis)'. The chemical name remains the canonical identifier (and the URL slug, e.g. /compound/oxandrolone/) to keep the catalog framed consistently for research and educational purposes. Both names work in the search bar.

Legal status depends on substance, quantity, and jurisdiction. Many of these compounds are subject to specific regulation in Germany and other EU countries. We list them strictly for research and educational purposes. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.

Yes. We publish independent lab reports from Analiza Białek for selected products. You can find the reports and their results on the Lab analyses page and the relevant product pages. Not every product has been tested yet; further analyses are in progress.

MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides, from fractionated coconut oil). Relevant if you are asking because of an allergy: no peanut (arachis) oil and no sesame oil is used - those are the two carrier oils that actually matter for allergies. MCT is highly refined and contains virtually no protein. Beyond the oil, oil-based products contain the usual solubilisers: benzyl alcohol and, at higher concentrations, benzyl benzoate.

We automatically add as much bacteriostatic water as the reconstitution-required vials in your order actually need - calculated at a maximum of 3ml per vial. The add-on is not free: it shows up with its price in your cart, and you can remove it there. You can buy bacteriostatic water on its own as well, as a 3ml or 10ml vial, each also as a 10-pack. Anything you add yourself is offset against the calculated need, so nothing ends up in your cart twice.
