Description
TrenMix 200 is an oily injection solution containing three different Trenbolone esters: Trenbolone Acetate, Trenbolone Enanthate, and Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate. The typical split is at about 60-70mg/ml per ester, yielding a total concentration of about 200mg Trenbolone per ml.
Per study reports TrenMix combines the advantages of all three Tren esters in one injection: the acetate provides rapid onset (half-life ~3 days), the hex carries the middle phase (~5-7 days), the enanthate delivers the long plateau anchor (~7-10 days). This produces a remarkably smooth plasma level profile at moderate injection frequencies.
In practice TrenMix is typically injected twice per week. Pharmacology is identical to pure Trenbolone: high androgen receptor affinity, no aromatization, progestagenic residual action. All Tren effects (night sweats, sleep disturbances, aggression, prolactin-mediated symptoms, lipid profile worsening) are present under TrenMix.
The convenience of a three-ester mix comes with one disadvantage: mid-cycle adjustments are difficult because plasma level clearance through the long enanthate portion takes weeks. Research protocols with TrenMix are typically planned upfront as 8-12 week cycles.
Trenbolone is on the WADA banned list.
You can order TrenMix 200 as an oily injection solution in 10-pack at 200mg/ml.

Risks & Safety
TrenMix 200 bundles three Trenbolone esters into one injection - the risk profile described in the literature is identical to pure Trenbolone, and the high total concentration makes prolactin management especially relevant.
Documented in studies and the application literature:
- Progestagenic and prolactinergic action: Trenbolone acts progestagenically and drives prolactin levels up. Prolactin-mediated symptoms are documented. Trenbolone does not aromatize.
- Suppression of endogenous production: Trenbolone strongly suppresses endogenous testosterone production. Testicular atrophy and reduced fertility are documented, a separate test base is mandatory in research practice.
- Tren-typical effects: user reports describe night sweats, sleep disturbances and aggression. The long enanthate portion makes clearance take weeks if side effects occur.
- Cardiovascular and liver: the literature describes an unfavorable lipid profile, cardiac effects are documented in preclinical models. Hepatotoxicity is lower than under oral 17-alpha-methyl steroids but not negligible.
Baseline bloodwork before, during and after a research protocol is strongly advised. This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.
