TriTren 225 is the higher-concentration variant of the classical three-ester Trenbolone mix with 225mg Trenbolone per ml. The split typically follows the scheme 75/75/75mg per ester (Acetate, Enanthate, Hex), but can vary slightly by manufacturer.
Per study reports pharmacology corresponds exactly to TrenMix 200, only with somewhat higher dose per volume unit. This is relevant for research protocols with high Tren doses where required injection volume would otherwise hit practical limits.
The three esters together cover a broad half-life spectrum: Acetate ~3 days, Hex ~5-7 days, Enanthate ~7-10 days. The result is a smooth plasma level profile at two weekly injections.
As with all Trenbolone compounds: high androgen receptor affinity, no aromatization, progestagenic residual action. The typical Tren effects (night sweats, aggression, sleep disturbances, prolactin elevation with potential galactorrhea research findings, unfavorable lipid profile, tachycardia) tend to be more pronounced under TriTren due to higher dose than under TrenMix 200.
Trenbolone is on the WADA banned list.

TriTren 225 is the higher-dose variant of the three-ester Tren mix - the effects described in the literature are identical to pure Trenbolone, but tend to be more pronounced than under TrenMix 200 due to the higher dose.
Documented in studies and the application literature:
- Progestagenic and prolactinergic action: Trenbolone acts progestagenically and drives prolactin levels up. Prolactin-mediated effects up to galactorrhea research findings are documented. Trenbolone does not aromatize.
- Suppression of endogenous production: Trenbolone strongly suppresses endogenous testosterone production. Testicular atrophy and reduced fertility are documented, a separate test base is mandatory in research practice.
- Tren-typical effects: user reports describe night sweats, sleep disturbances, aggression and tachycardia, tending to be more pronounced at the higher dose.
- Cardiovascular and liver: the literature describes an unfavorable lipid profile, and tight lipid monitoring becomes all the more important at the higher doses. Cardiac effects are documented in preclinical models, hepatotoxicity is not negligible.
