Everything about Klow Blend 110

Description

Klow Blend 110 is the higher-dosed version of Klow Blend. Each vial contains 110mg of active compounds: 50mg GHK-Cu, 20mg BPC-157, 20mg TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) and 20mg KPV. Compared to the regular Klow Blend (80mg: 50mg GHK-Cu plus 10mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV), the amount of the three peptide components doubles while the GHK-Cu content stays the same.

As with Klow Blend, the formulation addresses four complementary pathways at once: tissue repair and angiogenesis (BPC-157), cellular migration and stem cell mobilization (TB-500), collagen synthesis and microcirculation (GHK-Cu) and anti-inflammatory modulation (KPV). KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of the alpha-MSH molecule and acts in research models through inhibition of pro-inflammatory transcription factors like NF-kB.

The difference is the ratio. In the regular Klow Blend, GHK-Cu makes up just over 60 percent of the vial content, in Klow Blend 110 it is around 45 percent. For research setups focused on BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, one vial delivers twice as much of these three components without scaling up the copper component.

The advantage of the pre-mixed blend remains: four compounds, one reconstitution step, defined ratio.

Klow Blend 110 is available in 110mg vials as 10-vial packs. One pack contains 1.1 g of active compounds: 500mg GHK-Cu and 200mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.

Risks & Safety

Klow Blend 110 contains the same four components as Klow Blend, each with a mild profile in the preclinical literature. For this exact ratio with twice the BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, however, the data is even thinner than for the separate peptides.

Observed in research and user reports:

  • Injection site: mild redness, pressure or transient irritation at the injection site is the most common observation with subcutaneous use.
  • Copper component: the GHK-Cu component can cause somewhat more pronounced local irritation at the injection site than pure peptide solutions.
  • Angiogenesis effect of the TB-500 component: because TB-500 promotes the formation of new blood vessels in studies, a theoretical concern is discussed that existing abnormal tissue could also be supplied. No evidence supports this.
  • No long-term data: robust long-term human studies do not exist for any of the four components.

This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.

Write to us, our team will help you.

Are there studies on Klow Blend 110?

No. As of 26 October 2026 there is no study on the ready-made blend, nor on the smaller Klow Blend, neither on ClinicalTrials.gov nor in PubMed. Only the single components have been studied, almost always each on its own. The only paper testing two components together (BPC-157 plus TB-500 in rats) found no added benefit of the combination.

What is in Klow Blend 110?

Four peptides in one vial. BPC-157 comes from a protective protein in gastric juice, TB-500 is derived from thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin. GHK-Cu is a copper tripeptide found in the blood. KPV is a tripeptide from the hormone alpha-MSH. Compared with the Klow Blend the vial holds more BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, GHK-Cu stays the same. You also find all four individually in the lexicon.

Is the combination stronger than the single compounds?

That has not been studied. The idea behind the blend is that the pathways complement each other. In the only study with two components together (tendon healing in rats), BPC-157 plus TB-500 gave no advantage over either compound alone. The authors suspect that both act on shared pathways.

How well has BPC-157 been studied in humans?

Barely. A systematic review found 36 studies: 35 in animals or cells and one retrospective analysis of 12 people with knee pain. A second review from 2026 counted three small human studies with 30 people in total and rated the evidence as very low. Many animal studies come from a few research groups.

Is TB-500 the same as thymosin beta-4?

Not quite. TB-500 is described as a fragment of thymosin beta-4. Most studies, including the wound healing in rats and the phase 1 trial into a vein, used full thymosin beta-4. As eye drops thymosin beta-4 reached phase 3, which is a different use.

What is known about GHK-Cu and KPV?

According to gene data GHK-Cu regulates at least 4,000 human genes and promotes collagen and elastin in cell studies. In humans it has mainly been studied as a cream in cosmetics. KPV reduced gut inflammation in mouse models, taken up via the transporter PepT1. There are no injection studies in humans for either.

Which side effects are known and is the blend approved?

There are no data for the blend. The three small BPC-157 human studies reported no treatment-related side effects. Thymosin beta-4 was well tolerated in a phase 1 trial into a vein. Solid long-term data are missing for all four. Reviews also warn about contamination from unregulated manufacturing. Neither the blend nor any of the four components is approved.
