Knowledge

What you need to know

Description

Tesa + Ipa Blend is a research formulation with two GH-stimulating peptides in one injection: Tesamorelin (Tesa) as GHRH analog and Ipamorelin (Ipa) as selective ghrelin receptor agonist (GHRP).

Per study reports the formulation combines two complementary GH stimulation pathways:

  • Tesamorelin as stabilized form of human GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) - activates the GHRH receptor in the pituitary and stimulates natural GH secretion. Clinically approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy treatment (Egrifta).
  • Ipamorelin as selective ghrelin receptor agonist without significant stimulation of cortisol or prolactin (unlike GHRP-6, GHRP-2). Acts synergistically with GHRH activation.

The combination of two independent pathways yields substantially higher GH pulses than each compound alone. Response is physiological (pulsatile) unlike exogenous rhGH, preserving the natural feedback loop.

Typical application is subcutaneous before sleep or pre-workout, in 8-12 week courses.

You can order Tesa + Ipa Blend as lyophilized peptide in 10-pack at 17mg per vial (11+6 split).

Risks & Safety

Tesa + Ipa Blend is considered well tolerated per study reports. Both components - Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin - stimulate the body’s own GH secretion in a pulsatile, physiological pattern, preserving the natural feedback loop.

Observed in research and user reports:

  • Injection site: mild redness, pressure or transient irritation at the injection site is the most common observation with subcutaneous use.
  • GH-typical effects: as is common with GH secretagogues, the literature describes transient water retention as well as numbness or tingling in the hands (carpal-tunnel-type symptoms), usually dose-dependent and reversible.
  • Glucose metabolism: elevated GH levels can raise fasting blood glucose and transiently reduce insulin sensitivity in studies.
  • Fatigue: brief fatigue or grogginess after application is occasionally reported, consistent with the GH peak.
  • No long-term data: a substantial clinical database exists for Tesamorelin, but robust long-term data on research use of the blend combination is lacking. The profile rests primarily on short-term studies and anecdotal experience.

This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.
