A ready-made oil with testosterone enanthate and boldenone undecylenate in equal parts. Boldenone is a testosterone derivative with one extra double bond. Both esters are long and the oil needs no mixing. Because the shares are fixed, any change in amount always changes both compounds.

No. As of 26 October 2026 ClinicalTrials.gov lists no study on the blend and none on boldenone. For testosterone enanthate by injection it lists 9 phase 1, 13 phase 2, 7 phase 3 and 3 phase 4 trials. Everything here therefore comes from studies on testosterone alone or from observations in users.

In the best-known trial 43 healthy men received testosterone enanthate or placebo once a week for 10 weeks, with or without strength training. Without training bench-press strength rose by 9 kg on testosterone and fell by 1 kg on placebo. With training they gained 22 kg in the bench press, 38 kg in the squat and 6.1 kg of fat-free mass. Mood and behaviour did not change in any group. Testosterone alone was tested, not the blend.

Testosterone stimulates red blood cell production. In a trial with five dose levels haemoglobin and haematocrit rose linearly with the amount, more in older men than in young men. Thicker blood puts strain on the circulation. For boldenone there is no controlled human study on this effect, the lexicon treats it as an extra driver.

In strength athletes who took several steroids at once for 8 or 14 weeks HDL cholesterol fell from 1.08 to 0.43 mmol/l while apolipoprotein B rose. Six weeks after stopping the values had not yet recovered, more slowly after the longer cycle. In another study current users had high blood pressure more often (51 vs 17 percent) and like former users a stiffer aorta.

Testosterone from outside suppresses the hormone axis. After one injection of testosterone enanthate LH and FSH stayed suppressed as long as the level was raised. In the WHO study with weekly injections a cumulative 65 percent had no detectable sperm after 6 months. After stopping it took a median of 3.7 months until at least 20 million sperm per ml returned and 6.7 months until baseline. How long recovery takes after this blend has not been studied.

Measured for testosterone enanthate: levels peaked 8 to 24 hours after the injection at four to five times the starting level and were back at baseline after 9 days. For boldenone undecylenate the sources checked here contain no measurement in humans.
