Testosterone enanthate, boldenone undecylenate and trenbolone enanthate in a 3 to 3 to 2 ratio, ready to use in oil. All three esters are long. Trenbolone is the smallest share but according to the lexicon it sets the side effect profile. Because the shares are fixed, only the total amount can be changed.

According to a review trenbolone binds the androgen receptor about three times as strongly as testosterone. In tissue testosterone is partly converted into DHT and estradiol while trenbolone is converted into weaker androgens. That is why it acts less androgenic and less estrogenic in tissue. In various animal species it increased muscle and bone mass and lowered body fat. There are no controlled trials in humans.

In a randomised trial with 43 healthy men testosterone enanthate increased muscle size and strength, most of all with strength training: 22 kg in the bench press, 38 kg in the squat and 6.1 kg of fat-free mass in 10 weeks. In another trial haemoglobin and haematocrit rose linearly with the amount, more in older men.

The HAARLEM study followed 100 men through a self-chosen cycle and one year. All reported at least one side effect, most often fluid retention (56 percent) and agitation (36 percent) during the cycle and lower libido afterwards (58 percent). Acne occurred in 28 percent and breast tissue growth in 19 percent. Four had a serious event. After one year the observed effects were back at baseline. Effects typical of trenbolone such as sleep problems or prolactin effects were not reported separately there.

In strength athletes on several steroids HDL cholesterol fell from 1.08 to 0.43 mmol/l and had not recovered six weeks after stopping. Long-term users pumped less blood per heartbeat (ejection fraction 52 vs 63 percent) and had more coronary plaque. A review of 49 studies also describes partly higher blood pressure and a thickened heart wall.

Testosterone from outside suppresses the hormone axis. After one injection of testosterone enanthate LH and FSH stayed suppressed as long as the level was raised. In the WHO study with weekly injections a cumulative 65 percent had no detectable sperm after 6 months. After stopping it took a median of 3.7 months until at least 20 million sperm per ml returned and 6.7 months until baseline. How long recovery takes after this blend has not been studied.
