  • NandroMix 300 combines two nandrolone esters in one oil: phenylpropionate and decanoate. Both release the same compound in the body, which acts on the androgen receptor.1314
  • In a direct comparison the level peaked earlier and higher with phenylpropionate while the effect on the own hormone axis lasted longer with decanoate. Decanoate had a half-life of 7 to 12 days.23
  • There is no study on the mix itself. A meta-analysis of nandrolone decanoate found on average 1.59 kg more lean soft tissue than placebo, but no clear gain in strength.121
  • After a single decanoate injection nandrolone metabolites were partly still detectable in urine 6 months later. The mix itself was never tested for this.3
  • ChEMBL lists both components as approved drugs, the mix itself has not been studied. Everything here is the state of research, not a recommendation.1314

What is NandroMix 300?

NandroMix 300 combines two nandrolone esters in one oil: NPP (phenylpropionate, fast) and decanoate (long), 300mg/ml together. Nandrolone is a 19-nor steroid, classically used for mass building and joint comfort.

How it works

Nandrolone binds the androgen receptor and promotes muscle building and nitrogen retention. It is considered comparatively mildly androgenic but can raise prolactin. The ester mix controls release: NPP acts fast, decanoate long.

As a 19-nor compound it strongly suppresses the body's own axis and may need a longer recovery.

What the research shows

A recent meta-analysis (Prokopidis, 2026) found that nandrolone decanoate modestly increases lean mass but does not reliably improve grip strength or bone density. It advised against routine clinical use. That is a sober read: effect on mass yes, clear functional benefit less so.

Bone density at the lumbar spine and femoral neck rose by 3.7 and 4.7 percent over 2 years, haemoglobin by 14.3 percent. In the meta-analysis the effect on bone density was inconsistent.

There is no study on the mix itself. Shown are registered trials on nandrolone decanoate, the registry lists none for nandrolone phenylpropionate. As of 26 Oct 2026. 12

What is in NandroMix 300?

Two esters of the same compound: nandrolone phenylpropionate with a short and nandrolone decanoate with a long ester. In a comparison study of both esters the nandrolone level peaked earlier and higher with phenylpropionate and the effect lasted longer with decanoate. The mix is meant to combine both, it has never been studied.2

Are there studies on the mix?

No. ClinicalTrials.gov and PubMed list no study of a mix of phenylpropionate and decanoate (as of 26 October 2026). Registered trials exist only for nandrolone decanoate alone, for example on age-related muscle loss and telomere disorders.12

What does research show for the decanoate part?

A meta-analysis of 20 randomised trials found on average 1.59 kg more lean soft tissue than placebo. Fat mass, grip strength and knee extension strength did not change clearly, bone density only partly. The authors advise against routine clinical use. In dialysis lean mass rose by 4.5 kg in 6 months against 1.9 kg on placebo.14

How long is nandrolone detectable?

Very long. After a single injection of nandrolone decanoate the half-life was 7 to 12 days. The metabolites 19-norandrosterone and 19-noretiocholanolone were found in the urine of 10 of 12 men up to 6 months later. In 5 of 37 men they were detectable in small amounts even before the study.3

What happens to the body's own hormone production?

Nandrolone from outside suppresses the body's own testosterone production. With the short ester suppression came fastest but was brief, with the long decanoate it lasted longest. Reviews describe that the suppression can last for months after stopping.211

Which side effects have been described?

There are no data on the mix. In a 2-year trial with nandrolone decanoate 88 percent had raised liver enzymes and 59 percent each had acne and signs of virilisation. Reviews of anabolic steroids add falling HDL cholesterol and rising blood pressure.811

Practice

PCT / after coming off

Anabolic substances suppress the body's own testosterone production in the research context. Anyone who comes off a cycle (rather than running it continuously) typically uses a post-cycle therapy (PCT) to restart the natural axis (HPTA).

The standard scheme in the research/literature context combines a SERM (tamoxifen and/or clomifene, alternatively enclomiphene) over roughly four weeks, optionally preceded by HCG to re-sensitise the testes before the SERM block. An aromatase inhibitor (anastrozole/exemestane) belongs more to on-cycle estrogen control than to the PCT itself.

19-nor note: nandrolone and trenbolone are progestagenic and can raise prolactin. The literature additionally discusses a prolactin-lowering agent (cabergoline) and a somewhat longer wash-out window here.

Tip: order the PCT items together with the cycle so they are already on hand when you come off.
