How PayRam works
Behind the scenes the payment runs through crypto. That sounds like wallets and seed phrases - it is not. If you pay by card, you type in your card details like in any other shop and the rest happens automatically. No wallet, no app, no prior knowledge.
Why we offer this
Honestly: mainstream payment providers are reluctant to work with shops like ours, and we have had accounts shut down without warning. PayRam runs on our own server, which is why it stays stable. For you the main benefit is that confirmation is automatic - with a bank transfer we match every incoming payment by hand, which can take days.
Card flow
The card flow, step by step
Pick PayRam at checkout
Select PayRam as your payment method and place the order as usual.
Choose card
You get redirected to the payment page and choose between card and crypto. Take card if you want nothing to do with crypto.
Enter your card details
A completely normal card form. Your order total is shown at the top, plus a small network fee, usually well under one euro.
Verify once
On your very first purchase you go through a short identity check. It takes a minute or two and protects both sides against fraud. On every later order this step is gone.
That is it
The payment is converted in the background and forwarded to us. You need no wallet and do nothing else. After a few seconds you are redirected back.
Order is paid
Your order flips to paid immediately, you get the confirmation email and we start packing.
Paying with crypto instead
If you already use crypto it is shorter: pick crypto on the payment page, you get a receiving address and the exact amount, and you send from your own wallet. The page then shows the confirmation progress and your order flips to paid on its own.
Important: you only see this wallet step if you picked crypto yourself. It does not appear when paying by card.

Common questions
Do I need a crypto wallet?
Not for card payments. The wallet step only appears if you deliberately pick crypto on the payment page.
How long does confirmation take?
Seconds for card. For crypto it takes as long as the network needs for its confirmations, usually a few minutes.
What does it cost extra?
We add no surcharge on PayRam - the amount at checkout is what you pay. The payment page adds a small network fee for the conversion, usually in the cents range, and shows it before you pay.
Do I get the 5 percent crypto discount here?
No. That discount belongs to our separate Crypto method, where you send directly to our wallets and we confirm by hand. PayRam gives you automatic confirmation instead.
What if I cancel halfway through?
Nothing bad happens. Your order stays unpaid and you can restart the payment later from your order page. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
I paid but my order still shows as open.
Give it a moment and reload your order page. If nothing changes after a few minutes, message us with your order number.
Will my card statement show what I bought?
Your statement shows the payment processor, not our shop name and not the product.
