Everything about BPC + TB + KPV Blend

Description

BPC + TB + KPV Blend is a research formulation with three different healing peptides in one injection: BPC-157, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) and KPV (Lysine-Proline-Valine). Typical split is 10mg per compound, so 30mg total peptide per vial.

Per study reports the formulation combines three complementary action mechanisms:

  • BPC-157 stimulates growth hormone receptors in tendon fibroblasts and accelerates connective tissue healing
  • TB-500 modulates actin polymerization and accelerates cell migration and angiogenesis
  • KPV as anti-inflammatory tripeptide with research application in inflammatory bowel disease and skin inflammation

The three-peptide combo thereby covers connective tissue repair, cell migration/angiogenesis and inflammation reduction - all three central pathways of tissue regeneration. Combined application as blend is newer and less well characterized than individual peptides.

Typical application is subcutaneous two to three times per week in 6-8 week healing courses.

You can order BPC + TB + KPV Blend as lyophilized peptide in 10-pack at 30mg per vial.

Risks & Safety

BPC + TB + KPV Blend is considered well tolerated per study reports. All three components - BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV - have a mild profile in the preclinical literature that carries over to the combined formulation.

Observed in research and user reports:

  • Injection site: mild redness, pressure or transient irritation at the injection site is the most common observation with subcutaneous use.
  • Circulation: isolated reports of brief warmth, mild dizziness or fatigue shortly after application.
  • Angiogenesis effect of the TB-500 component: because TB-500 promotes the formation of new blood vessels in studies, the literature discusses a theoretical concern that existing abnormal tissue could also be supplied. No evidence supports this.
  • No long-term data: robust long-term human studies do not exist for any of the three components. The three-peptide blend form is newer and substantially less well characterized than the individual compounds.

This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.

Still have a question?

Write to us, our team will help you.

Are there studies on this blend?

No. As of 26 October 2026 ClinicalTrials.gov lists no trial with KPV and none with two of the three components together. Everything here comes from studies on the single compounds.

What is KPV supposed to add to the blend?

KPV is the last three building blocks of alpha-MSH. The transporter PepT1 carries it into gut and immune cells, where it inhibits the NF-κB and MAP kinase pathways even at nanomolar amounts. In colitis models in mice KPV in the drinking water reduced inflammation, also in animals without a functional MC1R. Whether it adds anything when injected together with BPC-157 and TB-500 has not been tested.

Do BPC-157 and TB-500 work better together?

That is not established. In 32 rats with a repaired Achilles tendon each on its own was linked to better tendon tissue, above all TB-500. The combination gave no advantage over either alone. KPV was not part of this study.

What do the studies on the single components show?

With KPV drops all 8 corneal wounds closed in rabbits within 60 hours, none with placebo. Thymosin beta-4 sped up wound closure in rats by up to 61 percent. BPC-157 promoted new blood vessels via the receptor VEGFR2. All animal and cell studies.

Which human studies exist?

None on KPV. For BPC-157 three small studies with 30 people in total, all without a control group, plus a planned phase 1 trial. Thymosin beta-4 was tested into a vein in healthy adults and in phase 2 after heart attack.

Which side effects are known?

None for the blend. The three human studies on BPC-157 saw no treatment-related side effects, with very low certainty. 40 healthy people tolerated thymosin beta-4 into a vein without serious side effects. For KPV human data are missing entirely.
