Description
Selank + Semax Blend is a research formulation with two classical Russian nootropic peptides in one solution: Selank (anxiolytic) and Semax (cognitive-promoting). Typical split is 10mg per compound, so 20mg total peptide per vial.
Per study reports the formulation combines the complementary action profiles of the two compounds:
- Selank modulates GABAergic and serotonergic pathways with anxiolytic action without sedation

Observed in research and user reports:
- Intranasal irritation: since the blend is used intranasally, mild burning, dryness or irritation of the nasal mucosa is the most common observation.
- Opposing profiles: the blend combines the calming, anxiolytic Selank axis with the stimulating, cognitive Semax axis, so fatigue or mild restlessness is reported depending on time of day.
- Mechanistic clarity: as a combo formulation, the contributions of the two components to observed effects cannot be cleanly separated.
- Limited long-term data: robust long-term human studies outside the Russian research context are largely lacking, and specific data on the blend form do not exist.
