Description
SLU-PP-915 is a synthetic agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ). It comes from the same research series at Saint Louis University as SLU-PP-332 and was described in 2023 as a more potent successor. Like SLU-PP-332 it is not a peptide but a small molecule.
In preclinical studies the ERR receptors control gene programs for mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty acid oxidation and the energy metabolism of muscle and heart. In mouse models of heart failure SLU-PP-915 improved pump function and activated genes of fatty acid metabolism. A 2026 paper describes it as orally active with increased endurance in mice.
The data is young and comes almost entirely from one research group. There is no human data.
You get SLU-PP-915 as tablets with 10 mg per tablet, 100 tablets per bottle.

Risks & Safety
SLU-PP-915 is a very young research compound. All statements are based on cell and animal data.
Documented in the preclinical literature:
- Broad nuclear receptor action: as a pan-ERR agonist the compound acts on several gene programs for metabolism and mitochondria at once.
- No human data: there are no clinical studies. Tolerability, dosing and side effects in humans are unknown.
- Young data: the evidence comes from few papers since 2023, independent confirmation is still missing.
- Doping relevance: analytical laboratories already list SLU-PP-915 as a potential doping agent.
This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.
