Description

N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate is a chemically modified variant of the classical Khavinson aging peptide Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly). The N-terminal acetylation and C-terminal amidation protect the molecule from enzymatic degradation and substantially extend biological half-life compared to unmodified Epitalon.

Per study reports the substance acts like the parent compound Epitalon: activation of telomerase in somatic cells, stimulation of melatonin secretion via the pineal gland, general aging modulation via the Khavinson epigenetic pathway.

The landmark Khavinson study of 2003 documented significant extension of median lifespan in mice under Epitalon application. The acetylated and amidated variant theoretically brings better bioavailability at the same pharmacology - however, direct comparison studies are concentrated at the Khavinson institute and little internationally replicated.

Typical application is subcutaneous in 10-20 day courses two to three times per year.

You can order N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate as lyophilized peptide in 10-pack at 5mg per vial.

Risks & Safety

N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate shares the activity and safety profile of the parent compound Epitalon and is considered well tolerated per study reports, with theoretically better bioavailability through the chemical stabilization.

Observed in research and user reports:

  • Injection site: mild redness, pressure or transient irritation at the injection site is the most common observation.
  • Circulation: isolated reports of brief fatigue or mild warmth shortly after application.
  • Concentrated data: as with classical Epitalon, the majority of the research originates from the Khavinson institute and is little independently replicated internationally. For the acetylated variant, direct comparison data is particularly thin.
  • No long-term data: robust long-term human studies do not exist. The favorable profile rests primarily on animal models and anecdotal experience with the parent compound.

This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.
