Description

NAD+ + MOTS-c + 5-Amino-1MQ Blend is a multi-compound research formulation with three different anti-aging and metabolic compounds: NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), MOTS-c (Mitochondrial Open Reading Frame Sequence Type C), and 5-Amino-1MQ (Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase inhibitor).

Per study reports the formulation combines three complementary mechanisms:

  • NAD+ as central coenzyme for sirtuin-activated aging regulation and mitochondrial function
  • MOTS-c as mitochondrial-encoded peptide with research application in insulin sensitivity and energy homeostasis
  • 5-Amino-1MQ as NNMT inhibitor for preserving SAM and nicotinamide in adipose tissue metabolism

Preclinical studies on individual compounds document synergistic effects on mitochondrial biogenesis, lipid metabolism, and age-related metabolic markers. The blend form as combined injection is newer and less well characterized than the individual compounds.

Typical application in research settings is subcutaneous once to twice per week in 8-12 week courses.

You can order NAD+ + MOTS-c + 5-Amino-1MQ Blend as lyophilized peptide in 10-pack at 120mg per vial.

Risks & Safety

This triple formulation combines three metabolic compounds in one injection. The individual compounds are well characterized; the blend form itself is newer and less well investigated.

Observed in research and user reports:

  • NAD+ acute reactions: the NAD+ component can trigger intense flushing, a pressure sensation in the chest and nausea with application that is too fast, the same pace-dependent pattern as with pure NAD+.
  • Broad metabolic intervention: all three components intervene in energy and lipid metabolism. Preclinical data on the individual compounds document altered metabolic markers.
  • Blend-specific data gap: synergistic effects are described for the individual compounds, but the combined injection as such is barely characterized. Interactions of the three compounds in this form are not well investigated.
  • Injection site: redness or pressure at the injection site is among the more common observations.
  • No long-term data: robust human studies on the blend form do not exist.

This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.
