What is this blend?
This blend combines three metabolic compounds from the anti-aging corner: NAD+ (a coenzyme of energy metabolism), MOTS-c (a mitochondrial peptide) and 5-Amino-1MQ (an NNMT inhibitor). You also find NAD+ and MOTS-c individually in the lexicon. The idea: three different levers of energy metabolism in one vial.
How it works
NAD+ powers the mitochondria and repair enzymes, MOTS-c acts as a mitochondrial signaling peptide on energy metabolism, and 5-Amino-1MQ inhibits the enzyme NNMT, which is theorized to boost metabolism. All three target better mitochondrial and metabolic function, via different routes.
The individual mechanisms are in the lexicon entries for NAD+ and MOTS-c.
What you need
- The blend vial (lyophilized powder, three compounds).
- Bacteriostatic water, U-100 insulin syringes, alcohol swabs.
Reconstitution
Use the calculator above. The values refer to the total amount (120mg). A 120mg vial with 3ml water gives 40mg per ml. Just add the water to the vial and let it dissolve. NAD+ can trigger a flush feeling when injected, so go slow.
Dosing

Injection
Subcutaneous and slow (NAD+ flush). Disinfect the site, pinch a skin fold, rotate sites.
What the research shows
NAD+ is broadly studied (overview: Rajman, 2018), MOTS-c is also described in mitochondrial research. 5-Amino-1MQ comes from preclinical metabolic research. For the fixed triple combination in humans there are no controlled studies, the benefit derives from the individual compounds and is clearly experimental.
Side effects
- Flush or pressure feeling during dosing (NAD+ part), especially when injecting too fast.
- Local reactions at the injection site.
- Solid data on the combination are missing.
Storage
Before mixing the powder is robust, normal room temperature (around 20 to 25 degrees) is fine, ideally kept in the dark. After mixing, keep in the fridge (2 to 8 degrees), do not freeze. It stays good there for at least 8 to 10 weeks with barely any loss of potency, in practice considerably longer. Swirl or shake to mix, both are fine.
