  • Blend 300 contains three anabolic steroids in one oil: trenbolone, drostanolone and testosterone. There is no study on the blend itself.78
  • All three act on the androgen receptor. According to a review trenbolone binds about three times as strongly as testosterone and is not converted into stronger androgens.1
  • Trenbolone has not been studied in humans, it is used in cattle fattening. In rat studies fat mass and HDL cholesterol fell markedly and the prostate grew.32
  • Testosterone increased muscle size and strength in healthy men. Drostanolone was used in the past for advanced breast cancer.45

What is Blend 300 (TMT)?

Blend 300, often called TMT, combines three anabolic steroids in one oil at 100mg/ml each: trenbolone, masteron (drostanolone) and testosterone. It is a classic cut/recomposition stack that unites building, hardness and base testosterone in one shot.

How it works

The three components complement each other: testosterone as the base hormone, trenbolone as a very potent muscle/strength driver, masteron as a DHT derivative for hardness and a drier look (masteron does not aromatize and acts mildly anti-estrogenic). All bind the androgen receptor.

What the research shows

The individual compounds are described (trenbolone: Yarrow, 2010; masteron as a DHT derivative without aromatization). For the fixed triple combination there is no study, the benefit derives from the individual compounds. Performance doses are not study-proven.

The lowest trenbolone level kept prostate and haemoglobin at the level of control animals (hence 0). All levels made an androgen-sensitive muscle grow by 35 to 40 percent.

Research status

Where the research stands

There is no study on the blend. The registry lists no trial for trenbolone or drostanolone, testosterone is approved as a single compound. As of 25 Oct 2026. 7

The blend is not approved. ChEMBL lists testosterone and drostanolone propionate as approved compounds (phase 4), trenbolone acetate only with phase 2 and without approval.7

So far there is no registered trial in humans. 7

Side effects

  • Mainly from the tren part: sleep problems, night sweats, irritability, prolactin.
  • Axis suppression from test and tren, lipid shift (masteron worsens it).
  • Cardiovascular load, hair-loss risk (DHT part).

Practice

  1. Not a beginner stack, the tren part defines the profile.

  2. Watch bloodwork and prolactin, plan a post-cycle.

  3. Banned in official competition (WADA S1).

Are there studies on Blend 300?

No. As of 25 October 2026 there is no study on the blend. ClinicalTrials.gov lists no trial with trenbolone or drostanolone. PubMed has only case reports and lab analytics on both together. Everything here comes from studies on single components.78

What is known about trenbolone?

According to a review trenbolone binds about three times as strongly to the androgen receptor as testosterone and is not converted into stronger androgens. It has not been studied in humans and is used as a growth promoter in cattle fattening. In rat studies muscle grew, fat mass and HDL fell and the prostate enlarged at the higher levels.132

What is known about drostanolone?

Drostanolone was used in the past for advanced breast cancer. In a comparison study with 91 patients it worked no differently from two other androgens. ChEMBL lists drostanolone propionate as an approved compound acting on the androgen receptor. There are no studies on muscle building or body composition.59

What do studies on testosterone show?

In a well-known trial 43 healthy men received testosterone enanthate or placebo for 10 weeks, with or without strength training. Without training bench-press strength rose by 9 kg, on placebo it fell by 1 kg. With training they gained 6.1 kg of fat-free mass. Mood and behaviour did not change.4

Which side effects are described?

There are no data on the blend. Reviews of anabolic steroids in athletes name falling HDL cholesterol, rising blood pressure, acne, more aggression and the body's own hormone production staying suppressed for months after stopping. In rats trenbolone enlarged the prostate and suppressed the body's own sex hormones.63

Is Blend 300 approved?

No. The blend is not an approved medicine. ChEMBL lists testosterone and drostanolone propionate as approved single compounds, trenbolone acetate only with phase 2 and without approval for humans.9

Androgen receptor
Protein inside the cell that testosterone and its derivatives bind to. Genes are then read, for example for muscle building.
Aromatisation
Conversion of an androgen into oestrogen by the enzyme aromatase.
Blood lipids (HDL and LDL)
HDL counts as good and LDL as bad cholesterol. If HDL falls, the risk of vessel plaque rises.
DHT
Dihydrotestosterone, a strong androgen made from testosterone in the body. It is not converted into oestrogen.
Ester
An attached fatty acid chain. It makes the steroid oil-soluble and sets how fast it is released from the depot.
Hormone axis
Hypothalamus, pituitary and testes together control the body's own testosterone production. Steroids from outside suppress this axis.
Intramuscular
Into the muscle, for example the glute or thigh.
Post-cycle
The time after stopping in which the body's own hormone production is meant to restart.
Prolactin
A pituitary hormone. Raised levels can affect libido and mood.
WADA
World Anti-Doping Agency. Category S1 of its prohibited list covers anabolic agents.

Practice

PCT / after coming off

Anabolic substances suppress the body's own testosterone production in the research context. Anyone who comes off a cycle (rather than running it continuously) typically uses a post-cycle therapy (PCT) to restart the natural axis (HPTA).

The standard scheme in the research/literature context combines a SERM (tamoxifen and/or clomifene, alternatively enclomiphene) over roughly four weeks, optionally preceded by HCG to re-sensitise the testes before the SERM block. An aromatase inhibitor (anastrozole/exemestane) belongs more to on-cycle estrogen control than to the PCT itself.

19-nor note: nandrolone and trenbolone are progestagenic and can raise prolactin. The literature additionally discusses a prolactin-lowering agent (cabergoline) and a somewhat longer wash-out window here.

Tip: order the PCT items together with the cycle so they are already on hand when you come off.
