  • Blend 500 contains two anabolic steroids in one oil, both with the long enanthate ester: trenbolone and drostanolone. Testosterone is missing. There is no study on the blend itself.67
  • Both act on the androgen receptor. According to a review trenbolone binds about three times as strongly as testosterone and is not converted into stronger androgens.1
  • Trenbolone has not been studied in humans, it is used in cattle fattening. In rat studies fat mass and HDL cholesterol fell markedly and the prostate grew.32
  • In the rat study with trenbolone enanthate an androgen-sensitive muscle grew by 35 to 40 percent at all levels. Drostanolone was used in the past for advanced breast cancer.24
  • The effect of the blend can only be inferred from the single compounds. Everything here is the state of research, not a recommendation.7

What is Blend 500?

Blend 500 combines trenbolone enanthate and masteron enanthate in a high-concentration oil: 200mg trenbolone enanthate plus 300mg masteron enanthate per ml, 500mg/ml total. Both are in the long enanthate ester form, so for more stable, less frequent dosing. It is a classic cut/hardness stack without a testosterone base.

How it works

Trenbolone is the potent muscle/strength driver, masteron the DHT derivative for a drier, harder look and mild anti-estrogenic action. Both do not aromatize. Without a testosterone base, however, the "feel-good hormone" is missing, so many add a test preparation.

What the research shows

The individual compounds are described (trenbolone: Yarrow, 2010; masteron as a DHT derivative). For the fixed combination there is no study, the benefit derives from the individual compounds. High-dose performance use is not study-proven.

The same ester form as in Blend 500. The lowest trenbolone level kept prostate and haemoglobin at the level of control animals (hence 0). All levels made an androgen-sensitive muscle grow by 35 to 40 percent.

Where the research stands

There is no study on the blend. The registry also lists no trial for trenbolone or drostanolone. As of 25 Oct 2026. 6

The blend is not approved. ChEMBL lists drostanolone propionate as an approved compound (phase 4), trenbolone acetate only with phase 2 and without approval. ChEMBL does not list the enanthate esters themselves.6

So far there is no registered trial in humans. 6

Side effects

  • Harsh tren profile: sleep problems, night sweats, irritability, prolactin.
  • Without a test base, often a libido crash and poor wellbeing.
  • Lipid shift, cardiovascular load, hair-loss risk.

  2. A testosterone base is usually added, otherwise wellbeing suffers.

  3. Watch bloodwork, plan a post-cycle, banned in official competition (WADA S1).

Are there studies on Blend 500?

No. As of 25 October 2026 there is no study on the blend. ClinicalTrials.gov lists no trial with trenbolone or drostanolone. PubMed has only case reports and lab analytics on both together. Everything here comes from studies on single components.67

What is known about trenbolone?

According to a review trenbolone binds about three times as strongly to the androgen receptor as testosterone and is not converted into stronger androgens. It has not been studied in humans and is used as a growth promoter in cattle fattening. In rat studies muscle grew, fat mass and HDL fell and the prostate enlarged at the higher levels.132

What is known about drostanolone?

Drostanolone was used in the past for advanced breast cancer. In a comparison study with 91 patients it worked no differently from two other androgens. ChEMBL lists drostanolone propionate as an approved compound acting on the androgen receptor. There are no studies on muscle building or body composition.48

What does it mean that testosterone is missing?

Like other anabolic steroids, trenbolone and drostanolone suppress the body's own hormone production; in the rat study the body's own sex hormones were suppressed. A review of athletes describes the body's own testosterone production staying suppressed for months after stopping. The regular entry therefore mentions a testosterone base that is usually added. There are no studies on this combination.35

Which side effects are described?

There are no data on the blend. Reviews of anabolic steroids in athletes name falling HDL cholesterol, rising blood pressure, acne, more aggression and the body's own hormone production staying suppressed for months after stopping. In rats trenbolone enlarged the prostate and suppressed the body's own sex hormones.53

Is Blend 500 approved?

No. The blend is not an approved medicine. ChEMBL lists drostanolone propionate as an approved single compound, trenbolone acetate only with phase 2 and without approval for humans. ChEMBL does not list the enanthate esters in Blend 500.8

Androgen receptor
Protein inside the cell that testosterone and its derivatives bind to. Genes are then read, for example for muscle building.
Aromatisation
Conversion of an androgen into oestrogen by the enzyme aromatase.
Blood lipids (HDL and LDL)
HDL counts as good and LDL as bad cholesterol. If HDL falls, the risk of vessel plaque rises.
DHT
Dihydrotestosterone, a strong androgen made from testosterone in the body. It is not converted into oestrogen.
Ester
An attached fatty acid chain. It makes the steroid oil-soluble and sets how fast it is released from the depot.
Hormone axis
Hypothalamus, pituitary and testes together control the body's own testosterone production. Steroids from outside suppress this axis.
Intramuscular
Into the muscle, for example the glute or thigh.
Post-cycle
The time after stopping in which the body's own hormone production is meant to restart.
Prolactin
A pituitary hormone. Raised levels can affect libido and mood.

Practice

PCT / after coming off

Anabolic substances suppress the body's own testosterone production in the research context. Anyone who comes off a cycle (rather than running it continuously) typically uses a post-cycle therapy (PCT) to restart the natural axis (HPTA).

The standard scheme in the research/literature context combines a SERM (tamoxifen and/or clomifene, alternatively enclomiphene) over roughly four weeks, optionally preceded by HCG to re-sensitise the testes before the SERM block. An aromatase inhibitor (anastrozole/exemestane) belongs more to on-cycle estrogen control than to the PCT itself.

19-nor note: nandrolone and trenbolone are progestagenic and can raise prolactin. The literature additionally discusses a prolactin-lowering agent (cabergoline) and a somewhat longer wash-out window here.

Tip: order the PCT items together with the cycle so they are already on hand when you come off.
