What is the BPC + TB Blend?
The BPC + TB Blend combines two of the best-known regeneration peptides in one vial: BPC-157 and TB-500 (thymosin beta-4). You also find both individually in the lexicon. It is probably the most common healing stack in the scene.
The 10mg vial holds half of each (5mg BPC + 5mg TB), the 20mg vial accordingly 10+10.
How it works
The two peptides act at different points of healing: BPC-157 acts more on the structural repair of connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, gastrointestinal tract), TB-500 more on cell migration and new vessel formation. Together they cover different phases of the healing cascade.
The mechanisms in detail are in the individual entries for BPC-157 and TB-500.
What you need
- The blend vial (lyophilized powder, both compounds).
- Bacteriostatic water, U-100 insulin syringes, alcohol swabs.
Reconstitution
Use the calculator above. The values refer to the total amount in the vial. A 10mg vial with 2ml water gives 5mg per ml, 0.5mg total is then 10 units on the U-100 syringe. Just add the water to the vial and let it dissolve.

Injection
Subcutaneous, often near the affected region. Disinfect the site, pinch a skin fold, rotate sites.
What the research shows
Both components are individually well described preclinically (thymosin beta-4: Crockford, 2010). For the fixed combination in humans there are no controlled studies, the benefit derives from the complementary mechanisms of the individual compounds. Honestly: this is experience- and mechanism-based, not study-proven for this exact mix.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated, mainly local reactions at the injection site.
- Solid long-term human data are missing.
- As with regenerative factors, a growth-promoting signal is theoretically critical with pre-existing growths.
Storage
Before mixing the powder is robust, normal room temperature (around 20 to 25 degrees) is fine, ideally kept in the dark. After mixing, keep in the fridge (2 to 8 degrees), do not freeze. It stays good there for at least 8 to 10 weeks with barely any loss of potency, in practice considerably longer. Swirl or shake to mix, both are fine.
