What is BPC-157 Oral (Capsule)?
This is the capsule variant of oral BPC-157, identical in principle to the tablet form (see BPC-157 Oral and the main BPC-157 entry). Some prefer capsules because they are easier to swallow or release more gently on the stomach.
How it works
As with the tablet: BPC-157 is associated with gastrointestinal healing and connective-tissue repair. With oral intake the effect is most plausible locally in the digestive tract, systemic absorption is limited.
The mechanism in detail is in the BPC-157 entry.
How to take it
Oral, usually one capsule (500mcg) per day with some water, for gastrointestinal topics often on an empty stomach.

What the research shows
As with the tablet: BPC-157 is broadly described preclinically (overview: Seiwerth/Sikiric, 2021), on oral bioavailability in humans the data is thin. Plausible for local gut effects, systemically the injection is the better-evidenced route.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated.
- Solid human data are largely missing.
Storage
Store dry, cool and protected from light, out of reach of children. Keep the original container closed and mind the expiry date.
