GGH (GHK + Glutathione + Histidine + NADH)

GGH is a premium anti-aging blend combining four synergistic actives in a single vial: GHK (the copper tripeptide), glutathione (the body's master antioxidant), histidine (an essential amino acid with antioxidant function) and NADH (the reduced form of the energy coenzyme).

The idea: each active has a clear anti-aging effect on its own, in combination they complement each other. GHK stimulates collagen, glutathione neutralizes radicals, histidine protects cell membranes, NADH powers the mitochondria.

• GHK (glycine-histidine-lysine): tripeptide with copper binding. Stimulates collagen synthesis, promotes skin regeneration and wound healing.
• Glutathione: the body's most important antioxidant. Protects cells from oxidative stress, brightens skin, supports liver detox.
• Histidine: essential amino acid. Forms histamine in the body, protects red blood cells from oxidative damage, anti-inflammatory.
• NADH: the electron-rich form of NAD+. Drives the mitochondrial respiratory chain, raises cell energy.

Subcutaneous injection with an insulin needle, ideally in the abdomen or thigh area.

• Swirl or shake before each injection, both are fine.
• Draw the desired amount with a U-100 insulin syringe.
• 2-3x per week is enough thanks to cumulative effects across multiple mechanisms.

Topical use is theoretically possible but bioavailability is much worse than subcutaneous.

Studies on the exact GGH blend don't exist - the combination is based on the logic of the single actions.

• Skin redness: normal at the injection site for some hours.
• Mild odor: typical for glutathione-containing solutions (sulfur note).
• Very rare allergic reaction: start low, observe.

Refrigerate, protect from light. NADH is particularly light- and temperature-sensitive. Use within 4-6 weeks after opening.
