What is SLU-PP-332?
SLU-PP-332 is not a peptide but a small synthetic molecule and a so-called exercise-mimetic candidate. The idea behind it: to trigger part of the metabolic signals that otherwise arise from endurance training, without actually training.
It acts as an agonist at the ERR receptors (estrogen-related receptors), which help control energy metabolism in the cell. SLU-PP-332 is very new, comes from basic research and is offered by us as an oral tablet. Honestly up front: there is no human data on it.
How it works
Via the ERR receptors, SLU-PP-332 activates programmes in cells related to endurance and fat burning: more energy expenditure, more fatty-acid oxidation, better mitochondrial activity. In mouse models this led to less fat mass and better insulin sensitivity, similar to a training effect.
Important: this is all described in cells and mice. Whether and how it translates to humans is simply not studied.
How to take it
SLU-PP-332 is offered by us as a tablet, so it is taken orally, no dissolving and no injecting.
- One tablet a day, rather in the morning, because the effect is said to be activating.
- With some water, with or without food.
- Because it can be activating, rather not late in the evening.

What the research shows
There is a real, cleanly published study (Billon, 2024) in which SLU-PP-332 alleviated metabolic syndrome in mice, raised energy expenditure and fat burning and lowered fat mass. That is an interesting preclinical basis.
But that is all it is: there are no human studies, no long-term data and no approved product. SLU-PP-332 is clearly in the experimental zone. The study with a link is in the source block below.
Side effects
There is no solid human side-effect data, because there are no human studies. Little reliable can be derived from the animal data and the anecdotal level. That is exactly why more than for most others applies here: be careful, start low, and when in doubt leave it alone until there is better data.
Practice
- Keep expectations low, the effects are described in mice, not in humans.
- Start very low and observe closely.
- Take rather in the morning, since likely activating.
- A real exercise mimetic does not replace training, at best it complements it.
Storage
Store the tablets cool, dry and protected from light, out of reach of children. Keep the original packaging closed and mind the expiry date.
