  2. 2 Send the vial With our label on it and the three details on the lab order.
  3. 3 Send us the report Once the lab is done, send us the report.
  4. 4 Get your credit We check the report and credit the cost to your account.

Found a defect? If the test shows the wrong compound or clearly too low purity, you get a replacement on top.
